Products from the GOgoodhealth Shop - All attempts are made to ensure that products advertised are available in sufficient quantities for normal sales volumes. Should any product be unavailable at the time of purchase, the rest of the order will be sent immediately, with the missing item to be sent freight free within 1 week. Should this product still be unavailable after this time, a refund for the value of the product will be provided. All goods are in first class order at dispatch. Should goods not be received in good order, a replacement will be issued upon return receipt of the damaged item or proof of damage. Consultations with Professionals - Professionals are rostered for your telephone appointment. If you cancel the appointment more than 24 hours prior to the actual appointment time then 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Appointments can be rescheduled without any cancellation fees prior to 24 hours of the appointment. There will no refund after that time eg within 24 hours of the designated appointment time. Delivery Orders are dispatched within 1 working day or receipt of order. Orders are sent out via Australia Post, and delivery times will depend upon Australia Post Parcel delivery timeframes. If a parcel is obviously damaged in transit, evidence should be recorded and sent to us immediately for rectification. Privacy. Recommendations are based on the total of the symptoms given by you the patient.
